At La Frégate, we pride ourselves to promote produce from our beautiful region.
Our crêpes are made with 50% wholemeal buckwheat or wheat flour from the Kerdranvat Mill in Finistère. Discover handmade honey from La Ruche de Baye or handmade jams from the Monts d’Arrée.
Enjoy our specialities and our numerous homemade fillings such as our leak fondue, our caramelised apples or our salted butter caramel.
Accompany our delicious crêpes with bio cider and apple juice from the Kermabo Orchard in Guidel.
